We appreciated our stay here. The property is awesome and the staff is friendly. The fact that it was minutes away from west kensington metro station.

We do recommend. Luxury double room had everything we needed. Being a few steps away from Zizzi's was nice, we had dinner there.

The hotel is very well located, the Cheasea/Kensingthon area its very beautiful and safe. Very near the subway. Nice decoration. The manager was kind resolving my need to stay more one night due to flight cancellation. I recommend this hotel!
Internet does not worked in the my room, only in the looby. Breakfast is good but could be more diversified because its a 4 star hotel.

Great experience for a last minute trip. Nothing too much trouble, really please with the cleanliness, price and area. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice hotel in a nice area at a reasonable cost

Beautiful hotel, and included breakfast was lovely. Very convenient to the tube, and in a wonderful quiet location. We'd return and will recommend to others.
Room was small, and no tub, only shower; however, these were minor inconveniences.

Very helpful staff. Great location: you can reach tube in circa 2 mins, very rich and clean neighbourhood, just opposite the park (which is opened unfortunately for residents only), absolutely save. Taxi from the West end costs approximately 25 gbp, but you can get everywhere easily by tube or bus. Nice restaurants, bars and coffees around Clean room, but the bed spread was dirty, with some stains and holes – quite disgusting and not what you would expect in this place. Common areas are very nice, you can always get complimentary coffee, fruits and newspapers. Expensive but not in London terms, great location
Despite booking ‘luxury room’ we got very small room in the basement, dark and with no view. Staff was helpful and we were moved to the room of same size but with a view. Standard rooms are apparently even smaller. That is what you get in a London hotel. Also furniture looks a bit used. In the first room the bed was really small for two of us (smaller than queen size). Really suggest to note when booking that you want a room with a view.

The hotel staff went out of its way to accomodate me. I arrived a good while before their normal checkin time and they were kind enough to make every effort to prepare my room. This meant a great deal as I was enormously tired from a very long journey. I found the hotel to be exceptionally charming, comfortable and very very quiet.
Everything was wonderful.

Convenient to Tube Station, situate in lovely garden square, good range of restaurants nearby. Very helpful and friendly staff. Perfectly adequate breakfast served in pleasant restaurant or your room. It felt more as if we were staying in a friend's house rather than a hotel. Would definitely return.

The joke in the folder saying to be prepared to wait for a min of 30 minutes when ordering a cooked breakfast.
Situated across from the exhibition halls the lateness of breakfast was poor on a weekend
