The Luxury Four Poster room was very comfy, but pillows were too soft.

Our family loved the cozy atmosphere and the amazing staff who made sure we felt at home, especially with our son's autism support dog. The nearby parks offered fun outdoor activities, making it ideal for us to explore London comfortably.
In my wife’s opinion, some additional soundproofing would have made our stay more pleasant. Maybe a few more family-friendly amenities would help enhance the experience traveling with children.

We had a blast staying here! It was a perfect base for exploring Kensington and easy access to attend a Chelsea Football Club match. The area felt safe and had tons of nearby eateries. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was a nice start to our day. Just a heads up, the parking situation can be tricky, so plan accordingly.

missingWrote a review on Jun 06nice decorgood size bathroomcomfy bedthin windowsfirm pillows
I stayed in the Luxury Double room for 2 nights. The decor was nice, and the bathroom was a good size, which was a huge plus. The bed was comfy enough, but the pillows could use an upgrade—they felt quite firm. The windows were a bit thin, so I heard some traffic and noise from upstairs. Breakfast was decent, especially the croissants, but it could have used more variety. Nearby tube access was great for exploring London.
