I enjoyed the closeness to Earls Court tube and that they had an elevator. The continental breakfast was very good.
The room was very small, but that is not unusual for London.
The location near the underground was good The staff were pleasant and helpful Breakfast was excellant and the availability of free tea or coffee in our room was a nice touch The hotel was very clean
Our room was in the basement and was small, dark and cold. There was some rubbish right outside the window. I would not have booked this hotel if I had known I was getting a basement room. From the information on the website I expected a warm bright room
We had booked 4 poster room and were upgraded to the fabulous Pasha suite thank you.Breakfast served in our room first morning. 2 minute walk from metro station. Located on a lovely square and was very quiet during the night.
Personally, I didn't like josstick/ could be furniture polish smell in the room I found it a bit sickly. If that was gone it would be 10 out of 10.
Friendly staff, beautiful room and a great location , will definately return
Breakfast and tea service.
Too many things were not working in the room; lights were out, doors would stick badly and noise problems in lower floor where the twin bedrooms were located.
Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. Booked a luxury four poster room and got upgraded to the Ottoman Suite, which is just superb! Staff were very helpful and the continental breakfast delivered to our room looked and tasted great. Will certainly come back here again.
The shower had some trouble producing hot water for a while during the morning, otherwise all very good
Staff very helpful and courteous. Balcony, but I guess only one of these on the 3rd floor.
Very small room, appears to be a double bed fitted into a small single room - one bedside table. Sensor lights in the bathroom. Sit still on the loo and the lights go out. Room size compensated by balcony with table and chairs..leafy view and relatively quiet. Pray for dry weather. No tea making facilities but free tea/coffee available any time as room service.
Location was great. Very Clean & comfortable , good breakfast
Very noisy from upstairs room - creaking ceiling or person walking around ?
Pleasantly equipped and reasonable location. Excellent bathroom
Rather small bedroom
Upgraded to the Ottoman Suite. Staff very helpful and accomodating.
Disadvantage of the Ottoman Suite is that it is not in the main hotel but accessed via No. 19. This wasn't generally a problem as we could still use all the hotel facilities however there was some noise late at night from occupants of the other appartments in the building returning home. I think £30 per night for the car parking was a bit steep. The parking is not adjacent to the hotel and is on the other side of the square.
Staff friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable clean and tidy
Room quite small for Delux double room and unfortunaltley the shower was in need of updating
Good breakfast. Green square. Close to tube station, restaurants, pubs, local shops etc.
Small rooms even when booking double room for one person. No air conditioning making the room hot on not a very warm day. Is this really 4 stars?
Very small room ,the room was very hot which became uncomforable,we booked with breakfast but on arrival we were told it was continental ,very dis.apointing
Close to underground station, view from Pasha suit to the little square garden, clean room, free wifi, friendly staff, they are trying hard to meet the requirements of guests with actual lack of facilities.
Very very very noisy! The place is very quiet itself, but you still can hear every move of your neighbors and from the street. Everything in the room creaks. No air-conditioning. Breakfast is awful and there are no restaurant at all. Room service is very poor. Parking is for 4 cars and so small that I couldn't open the door to leave the car. This is not 4 star hotel, no way :(
Very nicely designed and friendly staff good as a base would stay again. Very comfortable bed. Only criticism would be the bathroom and bedroom were quite small for a deluxe room.
